The term GRP (Good Rules Practice) is a reference to the GxP family. GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GCP (Good Clinical Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GDP (Good Distribution Practice) signify SOP (Standardized Operational Procedures) in quality assurence.

GRP serves quality assurance at the man/man interface.

Significance

GRP ameliorates motivation, communication and value.

Microeconomically GRP serves a) against interpersonal tensions , b) a lower rate of error i. e. ameliorating product quality by better communication, c) better synergy, d) saving time, e) cost cutting and, ultimalty, f) a better annual result.

Macroeconomically GRP serves a) product safety and b) lower work load and work load related stress, i. e. better health parameters and late retirement.

Social effects are less tension and bigger synergy.

Basics
Results by US psychologist Abraham Maslow ("Motivation and Personality"), US Neurophysiologist Paul D. Mac Lean ("Triune Brain") and German Marketing-Anthropologist Ralf W. Schirm ("Struktogramm") are added up within our cultural setting to create strategically useful Rules.

Continuous satisfaction of our need of Love, Means and Value ties humans together. GRP is a benefit both for the receiving as well as for the emitting part of that partnership. The Rules are self-rewarding.

GRP replaces the transfer of conviction by a few to many through the dreation of solutions by many.

The Rules are explained in detail in the book "Liebe Macht Sinn - Die Spielregeln" by Scholz (1). An English translation (2) is being prepared.

Summa
By creating the term GRP (Good Rules Practice) we suggest Rules to be established alongside GLP, GCP, GMP and GDP of the GxP family as means of quality assurance.
