Angst
Causing angst by reprimands and humiliations, giving orders and "breaking" the other person are considered modern management tools by some. However, the customer, colleague or employee, resp., will only cooperate in order to remain free of angst. A person is therefore lost to cooperation, i. e. the general motivation, the willingness to cooperate and the ability to be part of shared values.

Love Means Value
